The AIF Capital Group Living Fund invests in inner-city mixed-use quarter developments with a focus on residential. In order to further expand and diversify the existing portfolio, we are constantly looking for for attractive, mixed-use, sustainable, inner-city residential quarters for an open-ended special AIF with a total volume of EUR 300 million.

Single-properties: 10-50 million EUR

OUR LIVING FUND

The open-ended special fund “AIF Lebensquartiere I”, launched in 2021, invests with a target volume of EUR 300 million in mixed-use, sustainable,
inner-city districts with a focus on housing. The fund is classified according to Article 8 of the EU Disclosure Regulation, whereby ecological
and social features are integrated into the investment conditions.
