„My focus is always to further develop myself and to expand my skills.” Daniel Wolf Daniel Wolf joined AIF Capital Group as an Asset Manager in 2014. His passion for real estate investment drove him to give his best every day and strive for success in business. His motivation and professionalism did not go unnoticed and after four years he was appointed Head of Asset Management. Since then, his analytical skills and keen eye for opportunities have enabled him to identify promising investments and to drive the success of the company. And in 2020, he was appointed to the Executive Board of the company. He continues to lead an expert team of Asset and Investment Managers and to further develop this business unit with a clear vision. His professional success is reflected in the performance of our portfolio and his excellent reputation in the real estate industry. „My motivation is to contribute to the development of customized and sustainable products for our investors.” Dimitra Stavridi Dimitra Stravridi started out at AIF Capital Group as an Intern in 2016. Growing up in Greece and completing her business degree in the UK, she wanted to broaden her professional horizon and learn more about the real estate industry. At AIF Capital Group, she was able to rotate through all departments from Investment to Asset and Fund Management. In 2020, she successfully completed her MBA in International Real Estate Management at Biberach University of Applied Sciences and took up her position as an Asset Manager at AIF Capital. In 2023, Ms Stavridi was appointed Product Development Manager and has since then contributed successfully to the development of various investment products. Story When I started working at AIF Capital Group, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and what I could achieve with my work. As part of the team, I was able to gain insights into the real estate business and find out what motivates me. I found that I want to contribute to the development of customized and sustainable products for our investors.
