Daniel Wolf

Daniel Wolf joined AIF Capital Group as an Asset Manager in 2014. His passion for real estate investment drove him to give his best every day and strive for success in business. His motivation and professionalism did not go unnoticed and after four years he was appointed Head of Asset Management. Since then, his analytical skills and keen eye for opportunities have enabled him to identify promising investments and to drive the success of the company. And in 2020, he was appointed to the Executive Board of the company. He continues to lead an expert team of Asset and Investment Managers and to further develop this business unit with a clear vision. His professional success is reflected in the performance of our portfolio and his excellent reputation in the real estate industry.

My journey from Asset Manager to Managing Director has certainly not been without challenges. In the end, this has been a rewarding experience, which has shaped me as a person and a professional. My passion, determination and willingness to constantly learn and to further develop have been key factors in my progression. I am proud of what I have achieved and look forward to the future where I will continue to drive the success of AIF Capital Group.

From international Intern to Product Development Manager

Dimitra Stavridi

Dimitra Stravridi started out at AIF Capital Group as an Intern in 2016. Growing up in Greece and completing her business degree in the UK, she wanted to broaden her professional horizon and learn more about the real estate industry. At AIF Capital Group, she was able to rotate through all departments from Investment to Asset and Fund Management. In 2020, she successfully completed her MBA in International Real Estate Management at Biberach University of Applied Sciences and took up her position as an Asset Manager at AIF Capital. In 2023, Ms Stavridi was appointed Product Development Manager and has since then contributed successfully to the development of various investment products.

Story

When I started working at AIF Capital Group, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and what I could achieve with my work. As part of the team, I was able to gain insights into the real estate business and find out what motivates me. I found that I want to contribute to the development of customized and sustainable products for our investors. I am very happy to have achieved this goal and look forward to many interesting tasks and challenges at AIF Capital Group.

From career changer to Junior Asset Manager in Infrastructure Investments

Sarah Blepp

In October 2022, Sarah Blepp started a six-month internship at AIF Infrastructure. Her original career began with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in controlling, and starting out at an industrial company for fastening systems. The turning point came after a successful takeover and two years of work experience as a divisional controller.
„The work was no longer satisfactory. The learning curve became increasingly stagnant and I subsequently lacked motivation and commitment, which triggered the question of whether I was on the right path for the future.”
She started to send out unsolicited applications as an intern in the investment sector and was able to convince AIF Infrastructure of her professional qualities. Subsequently, she resigned from her full-time position in the industry and joined our organization. Her commitment and eagerness to learn were quickly recognized and she was taken on as a Junior Asset Manager after her six-month internship. In her role, she now designs and coordinates infrastructure investment solutions for institutional investors.

Story

In the end, it's a matter of weighing up the chances and risks, but also a matter of willingness to change direction. It would have been comfortable and safe to continue the career path in the previous company. My aspiration for myself is to pursue a job that intrinsically motivates, challenges and develops me further. The chance to do so was worth the risk of leaving the “safe haven” at my former job. I am proud of myself for having had the courage to step out of my comfort zone, plunge into a completely new field of business and prove myself as a valuable employee without any prior knowledge. I am grateful for this opportunity, the learning curve and the experiences that have helped me to advance professionally and personally, and I will continue to do so at AIF Capital.
