Legal & Tax Requirements
We take over coordination and ensure that legal and tax requirements for German and Luxembourg structures as well as other regulated and unregulated investment vehicles are met.
Investment Structure
Based on the applicable regulatory framework and your investment objectives, we implement the complete investment structure. This also includes addressing special situations such as contributions, reorganizations, Section 6b reserves (German Income Tax Act), and gift and inheritance tax matters.
Regulatory Assessments
Where required, we obtain regulatory guidance from the relevant supervisory authorities.
