Story
Dimitra Stavridi started working at AIF Capital Group as an intern in 2016. After growing up in Greece and completing her economics degree in the UK, Dimitra wanted to broaden her horizons and learn about different industries. When she joined AIF, she was initially able to work in all departments from investment to asset and fund management. In 2020, she successfully completed her MBA studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Biberach in international real estate management and started working as an asset manager at AIF Capital. In 2023, Dimitra was appointed Product Development Manager and has since directly contributed to the development of numerous products.
Motivation
At the beginning of my work at AIF Capital Group, I was not sure what I wanted to do and what I could achieve with my work. As part of the team, I was able to gain various insights into the real estate industry and find out what motivates me. I want to make my contribution to the development of tailor-made and sustainable products for our investors. I am very happy to have achieved this goal and look forward to many interesting tasks and challenges.
