E&G Funds & Asset Management (since 01 September 2020 AIF Capital Group) is presenting the new Management and Supervisory Board of their capital investment company Partner KVG. With this readjustment, the group strengthens their focus on the real estate investment business for institutional investors.
With Sven Olaf Eggers and Christian Holz, two experienced managers will lead the institutional and regulated fund management of AIF Group in the future.
Sven Olaf Eggers will be responsible for the areas Risk Management, Controlling, KVG Administration and Organization. Before taking up his position at AIF Group, he was a partner at
EY in Munich, and before this several years a Group Head at Patrizia Immobilien. Christian Holz will lead the functions Fund Management, Fund Conception, Structuring, as well as Transactions. Before assuming his new role at AIF Partner KVG, Mr Holz was a leader in Project Development, Acquisition Management, Portfolio Management and Fund Conception at various property companies.

Also for the Supervisory Board of AIF Partner KVG, some high-profile experts could be gained:
Christoph Ehrhardt had been a partner at Arthur Andersen/Ernst & Young (EY) for 25 years and until 2018 responsible for the global transactions in property and infrastructure. Furthermore, he was one of the two German members on the EY Global Advisory Council in New York, as well as on the EMEIA Advisory Council in London. In his role as Transaction Advisory Partner, his clients included the World Bank Group in Washington DC, USA.
Before his appointment to the Supervisory Board of AIF Partner KVG, Ralph Günther was a member of the Supervisory Board at Swiss Life Kapitalverwaltungs GmbH, as well as a member of the Management Committee Real Estate at Swiss Life Investment Management Holding AG.
Jürgen Probst has been a successful real estate consultant on a national level since 2009. Before this, he was acting as Managing Director of CORPUS SIREO.

Mario Caroli represents the group’s sole shareholder on the Supervisory Board. He is one of the founders of AIF Group and Managing Partner of the holding.
