The overall concept of high-quality assisted living flats with additional day care and social care is part of a balanced approach. With the acquired property in Weißenhorn, we are also expanding the geographical diversification of the portfolio to the federal state of Bavaria. We also continue to consistently focus on a high degree of operator diversification.”
Weißenhorn has around 13,000 inhabitants and is located in the Swabian district of Neu-Ulm, around twenty kilometres from Ulm. The newly acquired residential complex is centrally located in Weißenborn. All facilities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot or by public transport in a few minutes.
