With the acquisition of a mixed-use commercial property in Sindelfingen, E&G Funds & Asset Management (since 01 September 2020 AIF Capital Group) are staying their course in own investments. The asset is currently used for offices, as well as for show rooms for textile and fashion wholesalers.
E&G are planning to revitalize their new asset with a high-class fitness studio, modern office space, conferencing and event space, as well as with up-to-date fashion show rooms. In the vicinity of the property, a new area with 24,000 square meters of commercial space will be developed to suit new urban types of space use.
