Despite all economic adversities during the corona pandemic, the E&G (since 01 September 2020 AIF Capital Group) has invested 100 million Euros in three real estate special funds in Germany and Europe.
For their Parking Fund Europe, E&G has acquired an inner-city multi-storey car park in Rotterdam; NL from UK based property investor Tristan Capital. In the first half of the year, E&G also increased their footprint in care property by acquiring a Senior Care Home in Jena, Germany.
