OUR CARE FUNDS
AIF Capital Group currently manages two special AIFs in the field of nursing care real estate. We currently manage
26 care properties with a total volume of around EUR 350 million. The senior care and living fund, which was launched in 2016, comprises 16
properties. Following a successful investment, the open-ended special AIF AIF Fürsorge I was launched in 2021 as a successor product in the segment of Care and Assisted Living Germany for institutional investors. The healthcare fund, which specializes in full inpatient care facilities is targeting a volume of 300 million euros and currently comprises six properties.
