Stuttgart/Nauen, 17. August 2021 – AIF Capital Group acquires a daycare center in Nauen, Brandenburg, Germany, newly built in 2021.The facility, located around 20 kilometers away from Berlin, represents the largest investment for the “Go Kita” fund to date. The new purchase makes an excellent contribution to the further diversification of the fund: The daycare center in Nauen is the first asset for AIF Capital in the area of daycare centers in Brandenburg. And with the operator, the Johanniter Unfall Hilfe e.V., the AIF specialist is working together for the first time. Daniel Wolf, managing director of the AIF management, is pleased about the cooperation: “The Johanniter Unfall Hilfe e.V. is very experienced in the area of child care and has an excellent reputation. AIF Capital plans to realize more projects together in the future.” The operator has signed a long-term lease agreement for 15 years.
