FUND STRATEGY

The funds managed by AIF invest specifically in parking properties in attractive locations in selected regions in the euro zone. In order to further expand and diversify the existing portfolio, we are constantly on the lookout for interesting parking properties. With existing equity commitments amounting EUR 50 million, investments can be realized without debt financing. Transparent and efficient decision-making channels also facilitate a lean transaction process.

OUR PARKING FUNDS

AIF Capital Group currently manages three special AIFs in the parking real estate sector. We actively operate in three countries and manage 22 parking properties with a total volume of EUR 254 million. Parking Fund I: As a pioneer in the niche market, the fund launched in 2011 comprises a total of ten parking properties. These include eight parking garages and two underground garages. Parking Fund II: The special AIF in accordance to KAGB “Parkhaus-II Fonds”, launched in 2013, comprises six properties in Germany. Parking Fund Europe: The open-ended special real estate AIF “Parkhausfonds Europa” has acquired parking garages and underground parking lots in the Netherlands, Germany and Italy since its launch in June 2019.
