The AIF Capital Group invests on a long-term basis for the German real estate special fund “GO-KITA” in child daycare centers at sustainably attractive locations in Germany. In order to further expand and diversify the existing portfolio, we are constantly looking for attractive investments. Efficient purchasing structures and short decision-making channels allow for an effective acquisition process. With a total investment volume of EUR 100 million, we are investing in daycare centers.
