The mobility funds we manage invest specifically in car park properties in attractive locations across selected regions within the eurozone. To further expand and diversify our existing property portfolio, we are constantly on the lookout for interesting parking properties.
Our Mobility Investment Funds and Mandates
With Mobility Fund Europe, we continue to implement our European growth strategy in the parking market, focusing on a diversified portfolio across economically strong metropolitan regions throughout Europe. The investment strategy combines core and core-plus approaches with selective value-add opportunities.
As part of this mandate, we are responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of parking properties. The focus is on sustainable revenue optimisation through data-driven management, dynamic pricing and the integration of digital car park systems. At the same time, we address ESG requirements, in particular by preparing charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and improving the energy efficiency of existing properties.
The AIF Parking Fund Europe marks the entry into the European market and significantly expands the investment horizon. Investments are made into selected parking properties in established European markets such as the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Finland and Germany. The goal is to diversify across several regulatory and economic contexts as well as use market inefficiencies at the European level.
The second fund is specifically designed to further develop the investment strategy and scale up the existing portfolio. The focus is on acquiring further core and core-plus properties in established German cities.
The AIF Parking Fund I marks the entry into the parking property sector — at the time still a niche market that was still largely unorganised. The fund focuses on inner-city parking properties with high occupancy rates and stable revenue streams. Long-term operating agreements and strategically selected locations ensure sustainable cash flows.
