Fully Subscribed Target Fund Volume — EUR 300 million
AIF Living I

Launched in 2021, the open-ended special fund invests, with a target volume of EUR 300 million, in mixed-use urban residential districts with a focus on residential properties. The fund is classified as an Article 8 fund under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and incorporates environmental and social characteristics into its investment terms. It applies binding environmental and social criteria, including the exclusion of properties with links to fossil fuels and defined energy efficiency standards. Further criteria include, for example, the use of renewable energy, green space on the property and Smart Metering Concepts.
