In order to further expand and diversify our existing portfolio, we are always on the lookout for more interesting mixed-use, sustainable residential districts in city-centre locations, with a focus on residential use.

AIF Living I

Launched in 2021, this open-ended special German AIF fund invests in mixed-use, sustainable, inner-city residential districts with a focus on residential properties, with a target volume of EUR 300 million. The fund is classified under Article 8 of the EU Disclosure Regulation, meaning that environmental and social criteria are integrated into its investment criteria.
