Our team comprises highly-qualified civil engineers, project developers and real estate economists.. We regularly achieve success through investments in existing properties.

AIF Development is the project developer within AIF Capital Group. Once development works are completed, the properties are integrated into our long-term portfolio. For larger scale maintenance or refurbishment measures, AIF Development takes over these projects from asset management. The knowledge and experience gained from its own investments and co-investments are incorporated into the evaluation of investment opportunities and the development of products.
