AIF Capital Group, a specialist in regulated alternative investment funds based in Stuttgart, has expanded its investment spectrum to include the segment of sustainable infrastructure investments by founding AIF Infrastructure GmbH. With AIF Capital, we have a strong and experienced partner for alternative investment funds on our side to participate in the growing market and to implement more attractive projects,” says Lena Schleyer, Chief Financial Officer of CIC.
AIF Capital Grup has so far focused its investments on healthcare and social real estate, parking garages and underground garages, and daycare centers.
